As an antioxidant, vitamin E helps to destroy a chain of free radicals - compounds that destroy cells and promote rapid aging of the skin. The use of vitamin E oil on the skin can reduce damage to free radicals (including wrinkles) caused by exposure to the sun, smoking and drinking alcohol. Vitamin E can also reduce the appearance of fine lines by increasing the production of collagen, a substance that keeps the skin supple; and by promoting the growth and regeneration of skin cells. To use vitamin E to prevent aging and thin lines, apply undiluted oil around the eye area or in other areas where wrinkles tend to form. You can also use an anti-aging mask containing vitamin E oil and aloe vera gel. 2. Heals dry skin. Vitamin E is a fantastic natural moisturizer that is especially suitable for people with dry skin. If you think it is too greasy to use as a daily lotion, you do not need to give up all the benefits of oil on a daily basis. Just mix it with your favorite moisturizer or coconut oil and apply as usual. Then, once a week or so - especially in the winter months - apply undiluted vitamin E oil to eliminate dry spots and treat itching, rough and dense skin. 3. Reduces hyperpigmentation. Hyperpigmentation is a condition in which spots on the skin become darker. It is usually harmless, but many people want to cure it for cosmetic reasons. Fortunately, hyperpigmentation, as well as pigmented spots caused by aging and sun exposure, respond well to vitamin E treatment. And, since the vitamin changes free radical damage and stimulates the regeneration of skin cells, it is especially useful for brown spots caused by sunlight. 4. Dry skin of hands. Our long-suffering hands are exposed to all kinds of harsh conditions - from scalding hot water and chemical soaps to winter wind and summer sun. Give your hands much needed protection with oil with vitamin E. It will nourish and moisturize your hands, protecting them from future damage. 5. Lightens the skin. Vitamin E naturally brightens the skin due to its ability to encourage cell renewal and regeneration. And, if you combine it with lemon juice - a natural skin whitening agent, you can accelerate this process. If you are tired of boring and lifeless skin, try mixing two teaspoons of vitamin E oil with a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Apply it to the face (avoid sensitive areas around the mouth and eyes) and leave for ten minutes before rinsing with warm water. Repeat twice a week until your skin becomes bright and glowing. If your skin is very dehydrated, we recommend that you skip this procedure because lemon juice can dry. Instead, mix the vitamin E oil with two tablespoons of aloe vera gel. Apply this mix to the skin for twenty minutes before rinsing. Repeat twice a week. 6. Clarifies the scars. Skin, which is slowly treated, can benefit from vitamin E - both in the diet and for topical application. This is because free radicals can disrupt the healing of damaged tissue. 7. Prevent stretch marks. Although there is some evidence that stretch marks can not always be prevented (especially during pregnancy), many people swear that oil from vitamin E and other home remedies helped to prevent the appearance of stretch marks after losing or adding weight. To prevent the formation of stretch marks, regularly use vitamin E in areas prone to stretching, including the stomach, thighs and buttocks. You can apply the oil directly to the skin or mix it with your favorite moisturizing lotion. Nevertheless, it works especially well when mixed with argan oil - another popular natural treatment for stretch marks. Volume: 60 capsules Tags: makeup
