Atopic dermatitis (including childhood atopic dermatitis)

Nummular dermatitis (discoid eczema)

Psoriasis (excluding common plaque psoriasis)

Simple lichen chronic (neurodermatitis) and lichen planus

Seborrheic dermatitis

Irritant or allergic contact dermatitis

Discoid lupus erythematosus

Supplement to systemic steroid therapy for generalized erythroderma
