Delivery times for land-based shipment (parcels from 4 kilograms) have increased since the beginning of the pandemic around the world. If earlier all parcels were delivered only by plane, now there is a division. The little ones fly by plane (the cost of air fares is in your basket), the big ones travel by sea (the cost of ground delivery is in the basket). For small parcels, air delivery is about 2 weeks, for land delivery about 2 months. For EMC up to 12 days (we do not recommend our clients to overpay for EMC delivery, as often the delivery time does not differ much from the air delivery time. According to the EMC experience, it comes only 3-5 days faster than air delivery). Ground and air parcels arrive at your local post office. EMC delivery assumes delivery by courier to the specified address. If you are a wholesale buyer, we will form your box taking into account the allowed number of goods for an individual. For 2021, the Russian customs allows to receive for personal use no more than 30 kilograms of weight for personal use in the amount of no more than 200 euros. There is also a certain regulation on the number of items in one shipment, according to which a parcel for an individual is reclassified as a commercial shipment. According to customs rules, there can be no more than 5 identical items in one shipment. We try to secure your order as much as possible and to comply with these rules we complete retail items in one bulk package. For example, if your order contains 24 toothpastes, and according to the rules, only 5 identical pastes are allowed, we will make 1 box of 12 pastes. So there will be 2 boxes of toothpaste in your package. That is, no more than 5 positions. This applies to all items of goods exceeding customs regulations. If your order is more than 20 kilograms, please indicate one more recipient. We will form 2 or more (depending on weight) boxes. Recipients who live at the same address, but have different names, are considered separate, 30 kg each. For more than 6 years of successful work, our clients have received parcels with customs notification only 4 times. At the same time, 2 of them did not take into account that earlier this month they had already received boxes from other stores. Thus, the rule was violated for one individual to receive more than 31 kilograms per month. If your box weighing 20 kg comes to you with a customs notification, we strongly recommend paying customs duties in Russia (2.5-4 euros per 1 kg) and picking up your parcel. Thailand has very strict rules for bringing imports into the country, and since your package is returned from Russia, it is automatically considered an import because it crossed the Thai border. According to the legislation of the country, all imported goods are subject to customs duties in the amount of 100% -300% of the value of the goods. In this case, the value of the goods is determined by the customs inspector at his discretion, based on market prices in Thailand. Further, you will incur the costs for the fact that our employee will have to go to Bangkok 2 times to the customs office (1 time to complete an application, which indicates that we are ready to pick up the parcel and pay all fees.
