Statement of an offer to buy the online store "Thai Care"

User Agreement Site online store services "thaicare100.com"

This agreement, hereinafter "the Agreement", signed between the Internet-shop "thaicare100.com", having an address on the Internet thaicare100.com, the "Shop Online" or the "Site", and the user online store services, the "Buyer" and determines the conditions of purchase goods through the Site.

 

1. Basic provisions

1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and online store at the time of ordering. Buyer accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, by putting a mark in the column "On the terms of the Agreement agree" when placing your order.

1.2. This Agreement, as well as product information provided on the Site are public offer in accordance with Part 2 st.437 st.435 and the Civil Code.

1.3. The relations between the Buyer and the online store, the provisions of the Civil Code on the retail sale (§ 2 Chapter 30), as well as the RF Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.

1.4. Buyer can be any natural or legal person that can accept and pay for the ordered goods in the manner and on the terms ustanovlennyx this Agreement, in the territory of the Russian Federation.

1.5. Buyer is responsible for the correctness of filling in all the items of the order form. In the case of error or of incomplete information in the fields "Name" and "Shipping Address", with the online store completely from any liability for the execution of the order.

1.6. The Site Administration has the right to refuse to provide the Services to the Buyer at any time before receiving the payment without giving any reason.

1.7. Online Store has the right to refuse to provide the Services to the Purchaser upon receipt of payment in the case of:

1.7.1. if the item is not in stock the Seller within 15 working days of receipt of payment online store;

1.7.2. if the online store has doubts about the reliability of the information provided by the Buyer when filling out the order form, including, but not limited to the name and address of the buyer of delivery.

1.8. In the event of a failure in the provision of services online store one of the reasons listed in Sec. 1.7. of this Agreement, Company returns the funds received from the Purchaser, minus the commission Intermediaries used for remittances.

1.9. Refund Purchaser performed in the same manner and to the same payment information, which were used to pay for online shopping services.

1.10. Online Store reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.

1.11. This Agreement shall be considered in that kind as it is published on the website, and should be applied and interpreted in accordance with the Russian legislation.

1.12. Services are considered rendered entirely online store since the transfer of goods to the Buyer transportation company.

2. Product Information

2.1. This product is presented on the Site through the photo samples, proprietary online store.

2.2. Each photo is accompanied by a sample of text information: SKU, price and product description.

2.3. At the request of the Purchaser's online store manager must provide (by phone or e-mail) other information necessary and sufficient, in terms of the Buyer, for its decision to purchase the goods.

2.4. Listed on the site the price of goods can be changed online store unilaterally.

2.5. In the case of changes ordered by the Buyer the price of goods, Internet shop manager will inform the Buyer as soon as possible (by phone or e-mail) to receive confirmation or cancellation. If unable to contact the buyer the order shall be canceled.

2.6. Online Store reserves the right to extend and reduce the product offer on the Site, to regulate access to the purchase of any goods, and to suspend or discontinue the sale of any items in its sole discretion.

3. The procedure for the acquisition of goods

3.1. The purchaser shall be entitled to place an order for any product presented on the site. Each product can be ordered in any quantity (goods imported into the territory of the Russian Federation, lie down customs check customs regulations to date). The order can be issued by the Purchaser in the following ways: by phone, e-mail, Skype or issued independently on the Site. Details of an order through the Site are described in the "How to Buy" section.

3.2. After ordering at the e-mail is sent to the Buyer's account, confirming the acceptance of the order, indicating the names of the selected products and the total amount of the order, which is an integral part of this Agreement. Next Online Store Manager communicates with the Buyer (by phone or e-mail)
